Rates & Accommodation
All rates are in Euro. The rates displayed are per room, per night on a base of two persons. For further information regarding the number of guests we can accommodate in each room, please contact us. Rates are subject to change without notice, this does not affect bookings already made. Accommodation is subject to availability. The first breakfast and the tourist tax are included in the price. Any tourist taxes included in the room rate will be specified on the invoice. The rates do not include any additional services.

Length of Stay
During high season (1st of July until 31st of August) the minimum stay is 7 nights. During low season (1st of September until 30th of June) the minimum stay is 2 nights at any time, especially on Friday & Saturday nights and Bank Holidays. In case a guest would like to stay a shorter period, we are sometimes able to make exceptions for last minute availability. To enquire please send your request to booking@domaineaariona.com and we will check if it is possible.

Online Booking & Secure Payment
All the bookings are pre-paid. We only accept online payments. In order to provide our guests with a secure payment system we choose to work with Stripe to assure that our customer’s payment information is securely collected. At no time will your credit card number be communicated to La Farm SAS/Domaine Aari Ona. 
We will send you an invoice with the name of the reservations. If you want to include any VAT Number or if you want the invoice in a different name or company , please inform us on the booking form.

The general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation for online bookings remain the same for telephone or e-mail bookings.
Please note all bookings made under special promotions are non-refundable. Promotions cannot be redeemed in conjunction with another promotion or discount.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee policy:
Cancellations 60 days or more* prior to arrival – 20% of total stay retained by La Farm SAS.
Cancellations 59 to 16 days* prior to arrival – 50% of total stay retained by La Farm SAS.
Cancellations 15 days* prior to arrival – 100% of total stay retained by La Farm SAS.
*Until 2pm/14h (local) 

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. To cancel a reservation please contact booking@domaineaariona.com
Please note, refunds of any of the percentages written above, can take from 5 to 15 days until the cancelation refund appears in your account, depending on the bank.
No refunds are given for ‘no show’, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the domaine early or by any mistake on the booking process.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available. 

Check In
Arrival time should be announced in advance to enable sufficient organization of the guest’s check-in.
Check in time, is any time after 3pm/15h. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold the luggage. If guests are expecting to arrive later than 8pm/20h , it is important to let us know the exact arrival time.
Check out time on the date of departure is 11am/11h. If the room is not vacated by this time, the customer will be subject to the cost of another night. Equally we offer to hold luggage after 12pm/12h until 8pm/20h.

Use Of The Premises
Pets are not allowed on the property, except guide dogs.
Domaine Aari Ona is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building, the terraces or the common areas. Smoking is only permitted outside with the exclusive use of an ashtray. Should it be brought to our attention that smoking has taken place, a cleaning fee of €100 will be payable.
We do not have air condition at Domaine Aari Ona. On request we will provide fans. 
The swimming pool at Domaine Aari Ona has no surveillance. Please be aware, that it is the guests responsibility to ensure the safety of those who do not know how to swim, especially children.
To preserve the quietness of the premises and the comfort of all, it is requested that each guest respects the peace of the other guests, particularly in the case of the presence of children who will be under the responsibility of their parents during their stay, who will ensure that they respect the rules of good manners.
Also there is no required damage deposit, guests are responsible for ensuring to return the rooms in in the exact same condition as when they arrived and to declare and assume financially, if necessary, any damage or broken or lost/missing object for which he/she is responsible. A charge of €50 will be taken in the event of a lost key. This covers the cost the change the lock.

Film & Photo Production
Any photo, film or video production for advertisement, marketing or commercial purpose are strictly forbidden during the stay. All productions and photoshoots must be discussed before booking.

Complaints
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to La Farm SAS/Domaine Aari Ona in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding your stay must be brought to the attention of the management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified in writing no later than 14 days after departure.

Modification Of The Terms & Conditions
The Owner reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale if necessary for the proper functioning of the premises. 

Liability Disclaimer
La Farm SAS/Domaine Aari Ona and its owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons visiting the property nor for any other incident of any nature involving client(s) while they are on the property, nor while traveling to or from the property. La Farm SAS/Domaine Aari Ona cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property, however it may be caused.

Extra Charges
Extra Services may be charged. Please confirm with us the possibilities and prices.
We are no longer accepting payments made in cash, we will only be accepting card payments.
Please be aware guests are subject to extra charges for any non-compliance of our terms and conditions presented above.

Place Of Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
For any disputes arising from this contract, Pau, France shall be the place of jurisdiction, unless another legally binding place of jurisdiction exists.
French law exclusively applies to all contractual, reservation, and possible additional agreements and general conditions. The place of performance and payment is 64570 Aramits.
