The original farm building is dating back to 1763. Everything started with a small farmstead, a house, a small stable, and a well with a fountain. In the 19th century, in several steps, a huge barn of 300 m2, a hen house, as well as a pig stable were added, and the farmhouse extended to its actual size. By the end of the 20th century, a 750 m2 large cow stable was added. At the beginning of the 21st century, the farm activities came to an end, and the complex was sold. The new owner transformed the buildings of the farm into a tourist space by adding five studios and two cottages, terraces, and a pool. In 2020, the farm was bought by Angelika and Jens Eric Büttner, who renovated the farm during a two-year transformation period into a luxury boutique living space with two large studios and a 66 m2 apartment. A new gym was added, the terraces were all rebuilt, the gardens were newly planted, veggie gardens were installed, and three spaces for cultural events were added.

Today, the Domaine Aari Ona stands as a testament to the harmonious blend of history and contemporary luxury. Its remarkable past has been lovingly preserved and revitalized, inviting guests to embark on an enchanting journey through time.
